Refund policy

We operate a 30-day return policy for all non-personalised products that we sell on-line via this Site, which means customers have up to 30 days after receiving their item(s) to request a return and / or appropriate replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a return, customers must however return items in the same condition that they receive them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Customers will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers wishing to return items should contact us at as soon as they discover any issues and certainly before the requisite 30 days from receipt as detailed above. If your return is accepted, you will be given instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Other Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that we do not offer returns / refunds on personalised items, unless it can be clearly demonstrated that the goods provided differ from the definition of goods sold, or, that obvious errors have been made in replicating any specific detail provided to us by the customer (e.g. size; colour; spelling errors).

Please also note that unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, customers will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. We will always endeavour to provide any approved refunds as soon as possible, however please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
